Montrell Pryor, M.Ed., LMSW

Montrell Pryor is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and Advocate for mental health services for people of all ages. Montrell is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where he received a Bachelor and Masters of Social Work. He is also a graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Masters in Special Education. Montrell is DSW doctoral student at the University of Kentucky. 

Montrell brings a wealth of knowledge as a former special education teacher and social worker. He specializes in helping adolescents, but not limited to, navigate the following: depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, LGBTQ issues, crisis intervention and mood disorders along with a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions. Montrell is passionate about helping people realize and aim to be their best self.  He is the host of Dear Black Boy: a therapeutic podcast for black men. 

Client population: 13 + (Under 18 should be accompanied by a parent for first appointment)
